    Default Never seen this before with a 220 dryer plug

    I have never seen the ground and common used in the same spot not ever hmmmm

    I would guess there both Ground 3 plug outlet and 4 wires what else to do what to do

    Yeah I seen that before. The white wire (neutral) should be used as a ground. This is OK with a dryer that only needs 220 volt. Check my 220 volt outlet out on the main site. You'll get a better idea.
